So sorry you feel so bad, it is really trying, just hang in there. It can get better. Try to eat small amounts, this will help keep your strength up. Drink lots of water, and by all means get lots of rest. I'm pulling for you. May God wrap his arms around lots of love

Hi Tithanie, how are you doing? You said you went in to get sized on July 1st, how did that go? I read you are having a hard time with the medical bills. Have you applied for health from the state (Medicaid)? If you haven't, definitely go to your nearest social services to speak with a worker regarding help. If you qualify they can help with all the co-payments, deductibles and such. I tried to do it myself at first and became overwhelmed not knowing that the help was there. Wishing you all the best and hope to hear from you soon. Hugs.

I am going to have to move in September and am looking at Beaufort. I'm 53 and single. How is the rental situation for a 1 BR, first floor, with a dog? Cost? Are there many private rentals, not complexes? How do you find their listings? Is the area pet friendly?

Do you have many re-lo's? I was born a Yankee, but have spent more of my life south of the MD line or abroad.

How is the medical and mental health care?

My ex's aunt lived in Bluffton for many years. I've read that Beaufort is within driving distance of Charleston and Hilton Head, so you can get a city or shopping fix when needed.

    Thanks!

Hi.. I'm answering you question about radiation treatments. I did about 25 external treatments to my pelvis area. Then this along with chemo shrunk tumor enough for me to get three HDR internal radiation treatments. That was done every Tuesday for three weeks. Then the last radiation treatments was for lymph nodes in abdomen. I had 8 treatments. 8 to 9 weeks. Now I had gosh still....have no energy. I couldn't of worked during this ordeal. I can't work and haven't for a while. I'm disabled this cancer is my second Cancer. I have a completly unrelated cancer too. I hope I got all your questions answered let me know if you have more. I'll say a prayer for you. Best wishes
