Hi Santana, stopping by to say hello. I know it's been a month since you started the new chemo. Hope it's been kicking that cancer's booty. Sending prayers of healing and warm hugs your way my friend.

How are you doing with the new drug? I have a friend with MCL, he is in remission now, but very depressed and anxious about the possibility of a recurrence...God be with you .

You are in my prayers. I hope you think long and hard about stopping all treatment. It looks like you have had a hard road based on your experiences. I cannot even pretend to know what you are going through after getting the news you have. I'm sure that I would be depressed and feel like giving up too.

Please ask Greg for my email address or ask him to give me yours if you need or want anyone to talk to. I'm a good listener. Sometimes having someone to listen helps us sort it all out in our own mind.

Hey Santana, I was diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma in January of 2010. Started chemo in March of that year. Spent lots of time in the hospital having chemo. I had an autologous stem cell transplant in August of 2010. I have been in remission in May of 2010, had to be in remission before I could have the SCT. I am in a clinical study. I completed 80 weeks of Velcade. I feel fine and have had no trouble in the 3 years since remission. I will have another CBC this morning. I have them every two months.
