You have such a positive attitude which is more than half the battle. I tell those that I work with the same thing....GET OUT OF THE HOUSE! It is too easy to talk yourself into a state of depression when you sit at home alone. You are certainly a positive roll model for other young poeople who folllow in your footsteps. Fight the good fight! I do it every day...I am a 12 year pancreatic cancer survivor. Thank you so much for sharing your story with us old timers, but cancer has no age limit as you already know.
Best to you and your family....

Thank you for sharing. The Lord is watching over you, wisdom comes from these hard experiences and you are learning at a young age. We have a friend who had the same diagnoses many years ago. He is also wise and grateful for life and nature. he takes beautiful photogrphs of flowers, birds ,nature in general and is kind...sensitive to others feelings. I do believe that his experience helped him achieve that sensitivity.
Glad you are able to physically attend classes and know you will achieve anything you put your mind to. Congrats.0January 2013 -

I've been reading over some of you recent reponses to questions. I can remember just a short time ago when you were having some of the problems that go along with having cancer. You were ready to throw in the towel. How awesome is that you're now providing some great advice to those that are in the same spot that you use to be is??? Pretty Awesome!!! Keep it up little sister!!0November 2012

Holy Smokes, I guess I missed the "remission" announcement. Congratulations!!! I saw your question that you posted and you've received some good responses. I wouldn't read too far into some of it. Remission is a GREAT thing. They are unable to detect cancer in your body. These machines may not be 100% but they're pretty damn close and an excellent indicator so I'll trust it 100%. Again, congratulations...I'm so incredibly happy for you. Another victory won!!! You should be proud of yourself!!0November 2012

Very nice picture. I just noticed that we must be neighbors of sort. I live in Adams Center -- my son also lives in Adams Center -- and my Granddaughter lives in Adams. You are so young to be on this journey -- Congratulations on your good news and I wish you the very best in the future.0November 2012

Halfway is a good thing! I remember counting them down. It made it go faster for me. Then celebrate at the end.
