I love your sense of humor. I decided that was the only way to go, that and a positive attitude. My only wicked sense of humor is that my husband (he is #2) and I didn't have any kids together. I told him since I didn't get a push present, do I get a cancer present? It's been 7 months since my diagnosis and I'm still trying for that present. Lol. I told him I wasn't picky, either a Camaro or a Coach purse. Heehee.

I hope you are now pain free from the surgery. I had my surgery first, then chemo. I am done with chemo as of June 12. I am now waiting for my PET/CT scan. That will be done on the 9th. I had the same diagnosis as you, except only on the left side and I am triple negative. Hope all is well. :)

Liked your bye bye boobies photo. My daughters also gave me a party with a boobie cake. We laughed and carried on like fools. We are all quite well endowed so we saw who could come up with the most advantages of not having boobs. You know that old saying... When life hands you lemons, make lemonade. Hugs to you

Hi, there! I see we are from the same great state of Missouri! You seem to have such a great attitude which I totally appreciate. So sorry you are going through this, but as you can see, you are not alone. I'm this might be a great sight for support and companionship. At least with others who completely understand what we are going through.

Hello and welcome, we are glad you found us. Here is a link to our cancer dx page for your type of cancer. Take a look at it to get you started on some information. You will notice at the bottom of that page 4 of our active users who have had that journey already, you may wish to contact them for their experience and wisdom. Also, any questions you may have just post them in the questions tab and everyone will see them there and be able to help you.

    https://www.whatnext.com/conditions/cancer/breast-cancer

There are also subtypes listed on this page to narrow down the type of cancer to match your dx.

Also, if you can take a few minutes and fill in some details of your journey so far, it will help others as they try to answer questions for you, it also helps others as they search through the data base to find someone like themselves. Confirming your email will allow you to receive updates and notices from the site when someone answers your questions or writes on your wall.

Thanks for being with us and let me know if I can help you find any information on the site. After you have an opportunity to look the site over and see what great things there are here, we encourage you to invite your friends, family or anyone you know that may be helped by the connections on WhatNext to join the site also.
