I am 60 and was diagnosed with CLL in July

I agree with cjs7159, but i would take that as a positive (loosely speaking as there really are no positives) that your CLL is not at the stage of needing treatment. I personally had to start right away and in the past 6 years I've only been off treatment for approx 6 months.
