I had FCR treatment 5 yrs ago with good results. I was to have 6 rounds but only required 4. I am stage IV still, was never really in remission, but was said to be in a good place. I feel well most of the time, work 30+ hrs per week, & take it one day at a time. Recently my platelets have been very low & my doc is considering a new med that was recently approved for CLL patients that is taken orally. I do not remember the name, but it will probably be my next drug. I was surprised that you said Rituximab was a new drug. This has been available for many years in the US.
