    Welcome to WhatNext,
I also have DLBCL, but am not sure of the subtype. I plan to ask my doctor about that. Please hang in there through treatment. I had RCHOP plus radiation, which has a very good prognosis for cure. I finished treatment in May 2012 and was back to normal activities in July 2012.
This is a link to an article regarding RCHOP plus radiation. At 4 years, 88% of patients remain progression free and 98% remain alive.

God's blessings to you. Feel free to ask questions on this site. There are many DLBCL survivors here that are willing to help!

    Hi, Cathy,
Good luck to you in your journey! I have a question regarding diagnosis at Stage 2. My husband is being treated now for follicular lymphoma, and he was not diagnosed until he became symptomatic, pain from an enlarged spleen. He had lots of tests, and within the next month was diagnosed at Stage 4. We are wondering how anyone gets diagnosed before symptoms and as early as Stage 2. The doctor said he could have had it for awhile and not known it. Any thoughts??
    Thanks, Sue P.
