I just had my second chemo treatment. Was diagnosed in June. The waiting is what got me so nervous. Good luck. I am not having any side effects with my chemo so far. (knock on wood) Hope your treatments go well.0July 2013

Sorry to hear that you got diagnosed at least you found this web sight. I wish I had known about this sight a year ago. I'm a year and 5 months survivor and I'm doing good when I did chemo I had my favorite blanket and my brother's I pad and I watched movies and comedy so it would make my chemo go faster. I met awesome nurses that helped me stay comfortable. I hope it goes good with you and you get lots of support I did with my family and friends Good luck!0July 2013

Hello bluangel, welcome to this sight! They are the ones to ask if you have questions! When will you start treatment? I finished radiation in June and have been working on getting back strength and gettin on with life! It is a challenge to get through everything but the last year went far faster than I thought it would! I still have a port in my chest from the chemo and will keep that awhile longer. Down to seeing a doc every 3 months for female exam. You will go through many emotions in the next little while but thats OK. You have to think positive and keep yourself busy! My family and the ladies from my local quilt guild kept my spirits up! Keep us posted on your treatments, etc. Good luck to you!0July 2013
