Hi,
Thanks for the info. I don't want to use aromasin if its a steroid.
I somehow went thru menopause during all this becuz my blood tests showed I'm post menopause. I have gained 25 lb since nov and now also have hypothyroidism. I don't want to take a steroid, I will gain more. everything I've read about the meds you listed have horrible side effects. I don't know if I want to take anything really.0June 2013 -

Hi, yes, please share what side effects you are referring to...I may not have a choice and will likely have to switch from Ibrance to Verzenio, so I am very interested in what side effects you are experiencing. Hate to ask, because I know you said the side effects are terrible.0April 2018

Hello, Read an answer of yours to a question about neuropathy. Not within the realm of my two cents but if hydrotherapy helped me, I'd continue it. It is amazing what doctors can actually do if they know the secret insurance code for 'this patient needs more therapy'.
Acupuncture helped sometimes (depending on the practitioner) and yoga was very good to me. Is there ever not a good time to get a massage?
You need to give it a little time (sprouts and berries) some foods are seeming magical as they do the trick and are hardly noticed .. until one forgets to eat them.
Best wishes to you along with a full recovery.0October 2013 -

SOMETHING TO REMEMBER!
If you are suffering from a disease, or a chronic medical condition, you may wonder if you can ever be healed. The Bible has good news for you!
While doctors and medicine are a gift of God – and He certainly uses them to bring healing – His power is infinitely greater than any human wisdom or prescription. In fact, He “is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us” (Ephesians 3:20b).
Throughout the Bible, God encourages us to call upon Him for healing. He says in Exodus 15:26b, “I am the LORD who heals you,” and we call Him “Jehovah Rapha” because He is the God of healing. Psalm 103:2-3 says, “Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits – who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases.”AMEN

Dear Lord it's Friday again. How many Fridays have I faced with this cancer inside me? I've lost count. But I haven't lost my faith. Because this is the day that every thing turns around for me.
My cancer will be healed this Friday. My pain will go away this Friday. I won't feel sick this Friday.I wont be unloved this Friday. My hair will begin to grow this Friday.I won't want to vomit constantly this Friday.I will thank my doctors and the pharmaceutical companies for all their help this Friday. My family will cry with happiness, this Friday. And I will thank you my GOD for curing me of this disease. This Friday.
I will hear bells in the air and shout horay for me. My eyes open and I wake up. It's only my alarm going off thats right its Friday. I awaken Oh GOD another day with cancer. Oh well I will fight on with GOD at my side and maybe it'll soon be next Friday.the Friday that I'm cured.

I've been told that my diagnosis is stage 3 invasive and I now have to go for my PET scan tomorrow. When they removed my lymphnodes it was found in eleven of them. While I am trying not to be nervous, they have said that if it has spread they'll not be able to cure it. I've been praying that the scan goes welll.0December 2012

Thanks for writing, Patty,
I was born and raised in the bay area, graduated from Los Gatos High, my husband (born in Santa Monica) and I met while we were students at San Jose State. Our children were both born in that area. We moved to Montana in 1972 to Stevensville (Bitterroot valley) for 31 years while I taught and my husband delivered the mail in Missoula. After the 13 acre "farm" we lived on became too much for us to take care of when the kids moved away, we moved to Boise for 6 years where I successfully battled my breast cancer. After our only grandchild was born in Kalispell we knew we wanted to be back here in Montana, the only place that has really felt like "home" to us.
Of course, being "Montanans" by choice Bigfork has always held a special spot in our heart and lives. I can certainly understand why you choose to be there as often and as long as you can. We have found that the regional facilities, hospital, Drs., and special clinics here in Kalispell are truly excellent. I can't answer your question about Femara, but I would guess that your Drs., or even some Drs. or clinics here could do that for you. Be sure to let us know if there is any support we can give you when you're able to get back to your home in Bigfork.0November 2012 -
