Hi reading rocket..I was reading a post that you wrote about 4 months ago about dr wanted to remove your colon. I wanted to know what was done and if you left some of your colon...do you have regular bowel movement s..I have uterine cancer that attacked my colon dr left a piece, but I find myself going at least 3 time a day and know I am taking Imodium that helps..thanks0September 2015

Hi readingrocket! I don't come on here all that often anymore, but I saw that you are having a colectomy soon and that you are a carrier of Lynch. I am as well. I myself was diagnosed stage 3a colon cancer. Since then I had a hemicolectomy, chemo, and a total hysterectomy. Not that I am a wealth of info, but if you have any questions or need some support, we're here
