Thanks for your response. I've taken Nexium for years, though when I had my upper GI, the doctor said there was no sign of acid reflux or hiatal hernia. I wasn't having any GI symptoms; they were looking for the source of my cancer. He told me to keep taking it anyway, so I do. When I miss even one dose, I wake up with horrible heartburn. Not going to change what's working.0July 2013

Hi Pulley thank you for reaching out. I was lucky to have my treatment facility so close to home. That sounds like a nice organization that provides rides. I know the local American Cancer Society is active with providing rides. I was tired too. I am feeling much better. I am experiencing a fair amount body aches. I am trying to find ways to combat that without pain meds. Nice meeting you. Take care!0July 2013

Welcome to the site. You will find that this site is a friendly and helpful site. Sometimes just chalk full of information about breast cancer and other types of cancer. People here share their experiences and ask questions that they would like answers to that some of us might have. It is also a place to come and sound off and vent when you are having a bad day. No question is too silly or dumb so don't be afraid to ask it. We are all in the same boat in some way or another and we have each other here to lean on in times of need. I hope you find the site helpful to you?0May 2013
