kustom1: We are glad you found WN. I hope you will find much support and some info to help you along. As to radiation - I went through 2 months of radiation almost 4 years ago. Main issue for me was fatigue which I recovered from within a short time after end of treatments. And about hormones - I was on Lupron, Casadex and Xgeva for bone strengthening for 3 1/2 years. Issues I dealt with included hot flashes, some emotional issues and ed. I am now off all and getting along well. I exercise, play tennis and still have ed. I am dealing with ed in some ways that help my wife and I feel that we have a sex life.

Kustom, I too am newly diagnosed, Feb 21, 2014. I have opted for surgery that will take place next week. Wish I could share about your treatment but am going a different route. Hope all goes well and look forward to learning about your progress.0April 2014
