Hi Cuddles, before your daughter takes any supplements ask her oncologist first if it is alright because there are many drug interactions with chemo, etc! And also make sure that the supplement is legit- a good source is Consumer Labs. com, you can sign up to be a member and believe me it is worth it. They are an independent lab that tests supplements, etc to see if they have the ingredients that they say they have...and unfortunately most of them do not, they can have lead, and all kinds of toxic fillers in them. So be careful!

Hi cuddles456, my oncologist/hematologist is Dr. Evan Naylor. I cannot speak highly enough about him.His office is in Manahawkin. The.other specialist is Dr. Lake in Forked River. Dr. Lake did the surgery to reverse the illestomy and removed the feeding tube. He is also an excellent Dr. Both take the time to explain procedures and answer any questions that I have. I have never felt rushed in any of my appts. Hope this helps. Please let me know if I can answer any.other questions you may have. Good luck & stay Jersey Girl Strong!

Hi. Mine is lung cancer which had metastasized to my pancreas, abdomen, parotid gland and bones. The clinical trial is phase 1. The immunotherapy is identified as mk3475. I did have to go through 7 months and 3 different rounds of chemo none of which worked, before it was offered. Also I had to have a particular marker. I come in every other week for my treatment. Has to be hard for an 18 year old, and surely for you. As parents we never want to see our kids suffer. Do you come to Sloan now? I'll pray for you and your daughter. Stay strong.
