Hello AlanJohn,
I am very sorry to hear that you are with me (30%) where after treatment it comes back. I have been through a lot, some good, some poor choices on my part. It may be of some help to you if you read what I have written about my 10 years battle with this insidious disease. Hopefully it will give you some insight into choices you can make for yourself. Remember, if you ask 3 urologists and 3 oncologists, you will get 6 different answers as to how to proceed. We are all different as to how our bodies respond to cancer. I am happy to discuss what I have been through to help you make good decisions for yourself. I am wishing you the wisdom to make the correct choices for yourself. I am here for the asking.
