How is your sister doing? Where did they decide on treatment ?

Wondering what you all have decided about treatment.

I go to St. Thomas Hospital. The Group is known as Tennessee Oncology. They have a satellite office in Clarksville where I have blood drawn, etc, saving me a trip to Nashville. My Oncologist is Dr. Bunyan S Dudley. (615 460-3833 ) They have a wonderful center and he is personable and organized. The thing is I believe they deal with "female cancers" and breast cancers. He did some training at MD Anderson in Texas. I know you have heard from Greg. He lives in Paris, TN, goes to Vanderbilt for treatment. Sounds like you are under pressure with your Sister. I would check out St Thomas and Vandy on their web sites. Please don't under estimate treatment close to home. It's a very stressful time, tiring. Dudley did my surgery, I chose to stay with him for treatment, could have chemo in Clarksville but meant changing Oncologist for supervision. Contact Greg and ask him about Vandy. He has had lots of experiences there. I would start as close to home as I could get. Let me know if I can help you in anyway. Judy
