Mtyndal34, stopped by to say hi and see how you are doing . I imagine you are finished with chemo. Are you being kept on maintenance therapy since end of chemo?

Just checking in on you. How did your CT scan go? Is your hair growing back? Mine was quite curly at first.

Hi there Mtyndal34, welcome to the site. I am late with my welcome because for some strange reason, my notifications on new survivors goes to my junk mail Very glad you are in touch with kalindria and saw her videos. We came to WhatNext about the same time and have bern online friends since. A few months ago I got to meet the lady, we had lunch. She is really a wonderful person . Both of us , are busy living life , despite the bumps in the road. Congratulations on nearing the end of your chemo. It does feel strange to end the routine and close monitoring. Your CA 125 nose dive is much like mine was going from over 1400 down to normal range when treatment ended. Your sporting the same bald look as me ,back then. You wear it well, but know that all the body hair returns . My hair was very curly when it first came in . My hair is a bit whiter now ( of course I ama bit older ) , but just as thick and ful as it was prior tote chemo .Took a while for the fatigue to leave though. Keep reaching out, it really is helpful talking with other survivors. WhatNext has a great community here. Keeping fingers crossed for your extCA 125 and for continued better days ahead.
