You requested I let you know my CT results.
My husband is a semi retired General Surgeon. He is no longer in active practice. Only doing assists. now.
However one of the perks is he got my CT results right away. The great news is my lung spots are gone. yeah!!
The negative is my Oncologist will want me to stay on the anti-hormone medication.
I will begin looking for well researched alternatives.
I do not see him until June 1ST.

There are many downsides re my husbands career. I married a salesman. He then went back to University, upped his marks, and after two yrs. was admitted to Med. school.
Our 1st. daughter was born the day he started his residency!!

So, after 6 yrs. and another daughter born, I was really a single Mom.

However, it is great that he was able to get my results so quickly.

The main question is what to do now?????

Greg, I don't know how other members feel, but I'm getting tired of receiving request to take part in a survey. The biggest issue I have is always a series of questions to see if you qualified. So far, I have only qualified for one survey. If I go through all the time and effort to fill out the questions, I would really like to know why I don't qualify for a survey. On several occasions i have emailed the sponsor of a survey but no one has ever responded back.
More than that, I feel that this is a discussion board for people with cancer. To have someone send me an email for any other reason amounts to having my information given to a marketing firm. I signed up to receive a digest of activity sent once a day and to be notified if someone responds to a post.
If this practice is to continue you really need to give us an option to opt out of these surveys.

Would you mind defining these options? You told me where to go to and change notifications but I do not know what these are referring to, therefore I don't know which to say yes to or no to.

I'm not finding a way to delete lung cancer from my profile. My husband has mesothelioma- and it seems that people here don't have it.

I know you and several others make many many posts...How do you handle them in your email? I don't a lot of posts but when I do, I get a list of email and I try to open each one. Just wondering how you all do it, keep up with them all and not get overwhelmed because there are so many to answer. I then find that some of those emails are my answers and I didn't need to open it.

Greg - do you happen to know when Lirasgirl33 passed? I have been busy with so many things, I never bothered to check until yesterday. She and I were both stage 4 cervical cancer.

I posted the photo from my laptop. I mailed it to myself from my phone, though, if that makes any difference. It is fine on my laptop. It's not a big deal, though . . . .

Stupid question, but thought maybe you could help. My avatar pictures keep showing up sideways. How do I fix that? Thanks.
