Virginia, I was diagnosed with stage iV follicular in Feb 2012 scared me to death not knowing if I would live or die. I would like to encourage you to relax because you will beat this. I had 8 rounds of chemo called RCHOP at MD Anderson. It took me 7 months to get through it and it was a tough journey but mostly fatigue. I have been in remission for 14 months and feeling great except for a few acquired aches and pains. I feel so thankful and blessed for my life. Rosemary0October 2013

Hi Virginia, welcome...I too am a resident of Naples and would be happy to answer any questions you have about our cancer. I am 63 yrs old and was diagnosed with Stage IV T Cell Lymphoma in July 2010. After three opinions, my wonderful Oncologist in Naples sent me to MDAnderson in Houston for a third opinion and treatment. He had never seen my type of Lymphoma since there are only about 100 cases documented worldwide. He worked with them diligently and, after they told me my prognosis was maybe 8 months, I am now in remission. There is so much advancement in the treatment of blood cancers now so please stay positive. I am here for you if you need to talk to someone.0October 2013

What is your diagnosis? Treatment varies widely, as lymphomas comprise a vast variety of diseases, but may require completely different treatments.0November 2013
