Did you have radiation ? I have bleeding sometimes and it has been 8 years, but vag. lining is very thin since internal radiation. Dr. say this can happen.

Stage 1 is great for you, so lucky so early. I guess you do feel that way. I had no symptoms, had a blockage in an artery and the scan showed a thick endometrium. I still chose to ignore. Honestly no doctor told me could be a sign of cancer. My daughter made my appointments to be checked (I don't like going to doctor). I had no bleeding, didn't show on pap. Felt ok. Why ask for trouble was how I looked at it. Left to me no telling where I would be now. Difference in a stage 2 and stage 3 is didn't show in lymph nodes they tested. Sorry, too long.

I'm hoping you are able to get proper attention from your doctor immediately. If not, please find someone more responsive. If your cancer doctor is also the surgeon he/she might respond more quickly than if all your follow-ups are with an oncologist. (They just tend to have different focuses.) Try to get all your follow-up through a certified gynecologist oncology surgeon. I have several doctors on my team, but I find that the gynecologist oncology surgeon responds faster than the others. Hope it turns out not to be a serious problem.

Your story sounds like a nightmare. Can't imagine. If you already have some nerve damage the chemo likely make worse but I see on here that some manage to work during their treatments. Don't know how much my age figures into my neuropathy. I take Vit D (5000)because of osteoporosis and B 6 and B 12. Clear everything with oncologist. Many recommend Claritin for pain. I went into this on pain killers. Since only one doctor can give you pain meds and must be a paper prescription I use my Internist, he's local and knows my full history. When I was your age I didn't really have a Doctor, no health problems. Oncologist/Gyn concentrate on the cancer not whole body.

Glad you were proactive. I've read you feel so much better with transfusion. Maybe this will push you to the "head of the class".

Once things start moving you will feel like you have no time. Use this period to clean, etc. I had robotic hysterectomy in August, started chemo in October.
