Hi Virginia. I am surprised that your surgeon did not discuss the complete pathology report with you. Just Her 2 positive which normally means a fair amount of time on a drug called Herceptin. It is important to know if your tumor had estrogen receptors (ER) and and Progesterone receptors (PR) or not. I recommend requesting a copy of your pathology report.
