You are a "trooper" in every sense of the word! And after reading your wall you still have a great sense of humor. I too had to deal with the dentist last week. No where on the scale of what your going through. But for me to get 3 old crowns removed and replaced, 3 fillings, a cleaning and a root canal in two days was pretty dramatic for me lol! Blood pressure goes up just thinking about it. I'm just hoping after all that was done that at the end of radiation I'm not looking at removal of multiple teeth as well. It seems like you never know until the end of treatment. But love your uplifting spirit because brighter days and smiles are coming!

I wish I could figure out how to blow up your thumbnail picture. You are standing on a dramatic rock in front of an impressive canyon and I want to see all the details. Hiking is the bomb, is it not?

Greetings from a fellow Vet! Over twenty-two unforgettable years in the USN.
I posted on your wall over a year ago, re: my experiences with my dental problems and subsequent HBO treatments. Since that initial experience, I have had numerous dental-related procedures performed with absolutely NO radiation/chemo side effects. As a military retiree and on Medicare, Tricare For Life (TFL) and Medicare picked ALL of the cost of the HBO treatments (too many "dives" to count (or remember!)).I would like to hear how you are getting on with your life, post-active cancer. Thanks!
    Regards,

How are your dental issues coming Sir? I have recently, (one month ago) had two pulled in an experiment to see how they are going to heal. One healed within a week, the other is still open and it's been over a month. That one might be a problem. It is healing, the hole is getting smaller, but Very slow. If it heals on up, they are going to pull some more. If not, I'm in that place you called a "hole".

    Hope your doing well.
