You asked when does this end, I hate to say it, but I'm wondering if it will ever end. I continue to have new things that pop up. Each time something new comes up it's either "you mean they didn't tell you to watch for this"? Or "I've never seen that before".

if you don't need it for the pain, look into small doses of Suboxone. 2 mgs or so. Your doctor may or may not be familiar with that you might have to go to a pain meds Clinic. The shaking might be from the withdrawals and it will help.

Did you see the answer I posted for you in regards to getting teeth pulled and the Osteoradionecrosis? Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment is a preventative measure for that. You should ask your doctor about it.
