    I am a 10 year survivor of stage IV squamous cell esophageal cancer I am also a woman. Esophageal cancer is uncommon in women so you have become a member of an elite club.I won't tell you that survival is easy but it is doable and worth it.

    We created the Esophageal Cancer Education Foundation www.fightec.org in part to walk the journey with esophageal cancer patients.
