I'm so sorry for what you're going through! Please call Hospice and let them help. Has your husband stopped treatment? I'm a 53 yr old stage IV cancer survivor. I'm still taking chemo, most recently I started a clinical trial. Please hang onto your faith and hope. A 2nd opinion can't hurt!!

Don't give up yet.....Please just go down below and listen to him. ALSO your body STILL wants to heal.....give it the best chance and MAYBE he won't die.......IT ain't over till it's over. Try HEALING not KILLING anymore and you might be surprised.
    Hope springs eternal.

Go here and spend some time looking all over and HIS Facebook page. Get the Book Radical Remission....by Kelly Turner PHD. I'll send you one more site BUT Plant Foods are Powerful Healers.

    http://www.chrisbeatcancer.com/

Chris is a 10 year 36 year old survivor of Colon Cancer with JUST major surgery. They told him if he didn't do 9 months of surgery he'd be dead very soon. The China Study is a great book. Some supplements to look up are curcumin, green tea extract, resveratrol, ginger, reishi mushrooms, graviola...and more...all on chris's site. I take Garden of Life apple flavored Super food powdered green drink...great product.....Look up Smoothies and the bullet machine or any good blender. I used Jack La Lalanes Juicer but stopped the veggie juice and started on the powdered green drinks. I'm going to send one more site run by a doc....very cool. Chemo and Radiation are Killing Machines and can help some BUT you also must do the Healing....It's like a rowboat with a hole in it.....you can bail all day (chemo) but without bailing (healing) the boat will sink. Of course......cancer is a beast and maybe none of this will work BUT it's worth a try to try and heal up the body.....Good Luck!

Take your time and go through all this stuff. AND use your common sense. It's NOT enough to try and eat right when you have something as serious as cancer....Cancer is Radical and it requires a Radical Change in Everything to give us a fighting chance. Our Society is being fed Poison disguised as Food and is making us all sick and then Big Pharma comes along and finishes us off. Check out my Original Song and Video called DONUTS DON'T GROW ON TREES....at barrydbutler channel on youtube.
    Good Luck...!

Hi shryrdcnry, I have a husband with stage IV colon cancer. I wonder if you might share what type of chemo was used? We are struggling with some of the side effects (especially diarrhea) and wanted to know if you have any advice we haven't heard of yet?

I've been a caregiver and I just finished treatment for stage IIIa colon cancer. I think being a caregiver is harder. Best wishes to you and your friend /family member.
