    Hey Sandi,
    Hi from Sebring, Florida.
Listen.......chemo and Radiation DO NOT Reverse the Process that is causing the cancer to occur. That is up to our Killer T cells.
Check out the Book THE CHINA STUDY and this amazing site below and his facebook page.

    http://www.chrisbeatcancer.com/

Chemo and Radiation can keep killing it but WE need to do OUR PART and the Oncologists don't tell us what to do.
Nothing is guaranteed but making our selves much healthier can't hurt.

Raw Foods, Juicing and Ant cancer supplements should be a big part of our treatment.

Hi Jandikf, I was diagnosed with lung cancer 3 years ago that went to my brain. After having a seizure,I had Cyberknife & brain surgery & was dx cancer free up until 2 weeks ago after a PT scan showed 3 small tumors in my lungs. My Doc. wants me to start Chemo. in the next 2 weeks. I am scared to death. I have never had Chemo. Doc. says I will be given low dose of Chemo. & will have no side affects. Is that true? I feel good now, but Doc. told me if I don't do the Chemo. I would die in like 3 years.

Hi, sandikf. I saw your post about how your boyfriend and family helped you with chemo, etc. - which was really great, by the way - and then was looking at your profile. How are you doing?

I finished my treatments in June 2012 and learned I was cancer free in December. How are you doing? Are you in remission also? I am 59 also and was first diagnosed in Oct. 2011. So far the chemo and radiation has worked fabulously:)

Hello and welcome, we are glad you found us. Here is a link to our cancer dx page for your type of cancer. Take a look at it to get you started on some information. You will notice at the bottom of that page 4 of our active users who have had that journey already, you may wish to contact them for their experience and wisdom. Also, any questions you may have just post them in the questions tab and everyone will see them there and be able to help you.

    https://www.whatnext.com/conditions/cancer/lung-cancer

There are also subtypes listed on this page to narrow down the type of cancer to match your dx.

Also, if you can take a few minutes and fill in some details of your journey so far, it will help others as they try to answer questions for you, it also helps others as they search through the data base to find someone like themselves. Confirming your email will allow you to receive updates and notices from the site when someone answers your questions or writes on your wall.

Thanks for being with us and let me know if I can help you find any information on the site. After you have an opportunity to look the site over and see what great things there are here, we encourage you to invite your friends, family or anyone you know that may be helped by the connections on WhatNext to join the site also. Just click this link to invite them to join. http://www.whatnext.com/recruit-a-friend
