Hi there, well, the cream worked good on me except for under my "skin flaps". I eventually got some Silvadene to use and am healing nicely. Hair coming back, woo hooo!!

janelly, thank you so much for your response to my question about skin care cream during radiation. I was able to contact the manufacturer of the Girls Skin Care group and they are going to be sending me some to my local pharmacy. They will also be sending a "gift care package" to my oncology department for future patients. I had a lot of responses to my question and I liked yours because of the all natural factor of the product.

Welcome to the site. I think that you will find this a friendly place to come when you need to sound off or vent from anger. We are all here to listen and help, if we can, because at some point and time in each of our lives we have been in your situation. Please don't be afraid to ask questions either. Have you heard about Metanx for prevention of neuropathy? (from Taxol) It is new but have heard good results. Thoughts and prayers for you. jojo2
