    Hi Great life,
Are you traveling from Boca to Hopkins? How do you manage? Drive or fly? We are hoping to relocate to Florida from NJ and are wondering what it is like?

Hello and welcome, we are glad you found us. Please feel free to join in the conversations. Here is a link to our cancer dx page for your type of cancer. Take a look at it to get you started on some information. You will notice at the bottom of that page 4 of our active users who have had that journey already, you may wish to contact them for their experience and wisdom. Also, I encourage you to go to the questions page now by clicking on the questions tab at the top of the page and post what is the most pressing issue you have right now. This will introduce you to the community and get you started on the help you need right now.

There are also subtypes listed on this page to narrow down the type of cancer to match your dx.

Also, if you can take a few minutes and fill in some details of your journey so far, it will help others as they try to answer questions for you, it also helps others as they search through the data base to find someone like themselves. Confirming your email will allow you to receive updates and notices from the site when someone answers your questions or writes on your wall.

Thanks for being with us and let me know if I can help you find any information on the site. After you have an opportunity to look the site over and see what great things there are here, we encourage you to invite your friends, family or anyone you know that may be helped by the connections on WhatNext to join the site also. Just click this link to invite them to join. http://www.whatnext.com/recruit-a-friend

Hello greatlife, I am a 13yr, stage IV, pancreatic cancer survivor. I take 43 pills a day..16 of which are Creon enzymes, 24,000 units, 4 pills with each meal, and 2 with snacks in the evening. I take 16 pills for my neuropathy, 2 of which are oxycodone for the pain in my feet. It has moved to my hands, but not at all as painful as my feet. I also take 5 pills for diabetes...after they took 40% of my pancreas, I became an instant diabetic. Then I take 2 heart pills, 2- 400mg of magnesium, and on top of that I take 4 vitamins, for a total of 47 pills a day. I think that's right...it's hard to keep track. I count them at night, and lay them out on my dresser for the next day. If I ever wonder did I took my pills at breakfast I just look on my dresser for the breakfast piles, etc. I would like to wish you and your husband well, and if you ever have a question, just ask us anything. This group of people on WhatNext, have big hearts, and it is so heartwarming to read some of their emails. All of us, for the most part, have been there on that cancer journey. There is no need for you and your husband to take that journey alone. We have all been there. Don't ever give up hope...NEVER! We are living proof that this disease can be beat. God Bless you and your husband, and let him know that we offer all of our support.
    My Best to You,
    Russ
