I just read your wall and sorry you are going through this, and especially at the holidays! Sending many prayers your way! Would love to chat with you :-)

I did my treatments at Dr, Rao's office and the radiation at McLeod. Hope things are going well with you. How is your chemo going? Christmas was wonderful but busy. In a sense, I am glad it is over, but now we are at the threshold of a wedding. Daughter getting married March 1. I do not do a support group, but am thinking about joining one. They do have one at McLeod that meets on the third Thursday of each month. The amount of women I have met with breast cancer is staggering. Hang in there! Thinking of you.

I hated the Neulasta shots. I thought the shot itself was painful and I think it is because it is still a little cold when they give it to you. I have had my granddaughter a few days so have been busy. Would you like to chat after the holidays are over?

Hi! Hope things are going as well as possible. I just saw your request to chat. And saw that you had Neulasta pain. I, too, had pain after that injection. Did not like them at all. Ended up having to get pain meds from the onco. Please feel free to message me anytime and I will try to check my page more often.

You are in my prayers. This is my 2nd cancer diagnosis too. Just starting my journey for invasive lobular carcinoma. I know I'll need at least one mastectomy. Decided to go to a hospital that specializes in treating cancer. RCHOP chemo saved my life, but took a toll too. Good luck with your first chemo treatment. Hope they go well for you.

There is one very active member here, alizaMLS who you may want to contact privately via her wall or wall posts. I'm sorry I don't know exactly how to do that. She has been a very prolific and helpful poster, but has not been on WN very much recently because she is experiencing major computer problems.

If her problems are resolved, she may see the question you posted and respond. Sorry I can't be of help here. Hope you get through this OK.

Hello and welcome, we are glad you found us. Please feel free to join in the conversations. Here is a link to our cancer dx page for your type of cancer. Take a look at it to get you started on some information. You will notice at the bottom of that page 4 of our active users who have had that journey already, you may wish to contact them for their experience and wisdom. Also, I encourage you to go to the questions page now by clicking on the questions tab at the top of the page and post what is the most pressing issue you have right now. This will introduce you to the community and get you started on the help you need right now.

There are also subtypes listed on this page to narrow down the type of cancer to match your dx.

You may also find our "Beginner's Guide To Cancer" page helpful Click Here for that=> http://bit.ly/10BQKCi Also, if you can take a few minutes and fill in some details of your journey so far, it will help others as they try to answer questions for you, it also helps others as they search through the data base to find someone like themselves. Confirming your email will allow you to receive updates and notices from the site when someone answers your questions or writes on your wall.

Thanks for being with us and let me know if I can help you find any information on the site. After you have an opportunity to look the site over and see what great things there are here, we encourage you to invite your friends, family or anyone you know that may be helped by the connections on WhatNext to join the site also.
