hi,i read a status of your back in February about stivagra and since i am new to this i dont really know how this site works so excuse me for posting this here and wish you can answer me . my mom is exactly in the same position.doctor said that she could return to the phase 1 or try stivarga for the first time. she is now on day 5 on stivarga. could you please tell me about your experience and how are you doing?i wish you all the best from my heart!

One of your recent answers mentioned having a great time on your road trips with your sister. That made me smile - THANK YOU!! I love my sister and wish we lived closer so we could do more road trips together.

Could you please tell me what BRAF is?! My dad s just done these test and waiting for result. I just know that positive kras doesn't respond to chemo but I know nothing about BRAF. By the way, after one year chemo ( 2 weeks ago) we were about to celebrate that he is cancer free but all of sudden we realized he got less than 4mm tumor in his liver
Hope u become cancer free soon as my Aunt is 12 years cancer free after her last chemo for her colon cancer stage iv.

Hello, welcome to WhatNext and sorry for the reason you have to be here. In reading your journey I noted that at least the early parts are a lot like mine. I was first diagnosed after getting fatigued and that was traced to anemia and then sent for a colonoscopy that found the cancer. Mine is also stage IV having gone to my lungs and right adrenal gland but almost 9 years later I am still here and fighting. I also notice you have had a number of the same side effect I have. If you need any tips on dealing with them just let me know.
