I have had 2 condyloma excisions in 4 months. What's Next?

I just had my second surgery for condyloma excision. I was diagnosed in April and had my first surgery in May. The condylomas came back and I had my second surgery on August 29th. My anal pap smear showed LSIL and ASIL but could not rule out HSIL. It showed that I have 13 high risk types of HPV. I have a wonderful doctor and I should get my pathology results tomorrow. In peoples past experience. What was next for them. Here is some background on me. I am 41 years old, gay HIV positive male. I have been HIV positive since 2000. Undetectable with a CD4 hovering around 700-900. I know the chances of it becoming officially cancer is very high. What should I expect?

The surgeries were very painful with a long recover time. Contrary to what people have said, it took almost a month the first time to recover to some normalcy. This second time, I feel as if it may take a bit longer. In some ways I hope that it does finally progress to cancer.

I am high risk HPV positive. Are you? I am asking because I would like to know if my VAIN II could eventually evolve into other HPV associated cancers. It seems like everyone on this site with either anal, vaginal, cervical or oral cancer have all come back as HPV positive. I am struggling with the inability to communicate my concerns with my dr and his inability to look past the initial diagnosis and check the other symptoms/concerns I am having along with my diagnosis. So far, other than the laser surgery, I've gotten only shrugs or the offer of antidepressants. Any advice?

I go to Sylvester CC every so often for a blood disease discovered after the behind me pleasantries. they are usually very nice but it is a hellacious drive for me and I am completely unfond of their gastro guy Dr. Sands. Fare thee well.

That is wonderful. I go there (Dr. Eugene Shiff) for another problem. Are you sexually active again? Don't mean to pry but I miss intimacy ... you know.
