Oh by mets I mean little tumors metastisized. Was the only surgery you had the colon resection? Or did you have part of your liver removed? I'm just wondering if it had metastisized only to your liver or lungs or where. I'm curious about that specific med because if my scan shows my mets are back that's the plan for me.0January 2014

Thanks Neighbor. Not knowing what's going to happen next is the hard part. My surgeon was very honest with me - hoping to do a temporary ileostomy, but no guarantees. He didn't seem to be too concerned about the 2 lesions on my liver, other than the fact that the cancer had spread. Easy enough to remove at the time of surgery.
My mass is approx. 3-4cm and above the muscle - it all depends on how much they'll be able to shrink that sucker. I started chemo on Dec. 13th and I already have relief from the pain in my XXX.
