Hi Msmcroni, It has been awhile since we communicated, but I see that you are following me and a thousand other people :-) Just kidding. It sounds as though you are doing great! No chemo and no radiation...wow! I wish that was me! In any case take care of yourself.

Hi Msmcroni, like you I also had the Whipple surgery in the head of the pancreas. In hospital for 10-days approximately six months ago. Am doing ok, bit have digestive issues where I must go to the bathroom frequently and on short notice. However, the trade off is worth it as I would likely be preparing to check-out permanently otherwise. I am grateful to still be here. Excellent pancreatic surgeons at UCLA and a top notch oncologist in Rancho Mirage, CA.0July 2013

Greetings. I see you are following me. I consider myself comic relief, just so you know. I'm serious when need be, but I think my sense of humor has helped me thru this so far. I see you are in Belleville. Are you treating in Columbus? If there is any help I can provide, please let me know0June 2013
