Julia. Welcome. I am also from Missoula. I have stage 3C peritoneal carcinoma secondary to Fallopian tube cancer. I was initially diagnosed in July, 2018. I is fortunate that your cancer was discovered at an early stage. That is rather unusual for ovarian cancer however. Generally by the time symptoms occur it is already stage 3 or 4. I am a patient at Community Cancer Center Center. My oncologist is Dr. Lynch. I hope that you are doing well and enjoying your summer in spite of the smoke.

Hi Julia, You have found a wonderful site with others who have walked your path. When diagnosed, it can feel like a hurricane hit and life is moving too fast. You are the captain of this team. You call the plays. If you have doubts, get another opinion. Good doctors are not offended. Many of these tests help docs have the tools to make decisions for you. Ask away but know many are here to help. Hugs! Cyndy
