How are you doing? Will you be receiving maintenance treatments? I finished my six initial treatments Oct. 18th. Then will have another series of three treatments at the end of January. So far, so good. No cancer found on follow up. Hope you have a wonderful holiday!

I am doing better thank you. I am so happy you did well with your treatments! I am looking forward to getting started so I can be done with that. I had to wait as I had another UTI. I still have a stent in, it is more annoying than anything. But I am happy to have the nephrostomy tube gone, so I won't complain. I think I am having a cysto/TUR after my treatments are finished, and likely another scan. The stent will need to be replaced by then also. I will be praying your cysto is completely normal and you won't need any more treatments!

Did you start your BCG treatments as planned? How did you do with them? I am getting ready to start the same treatment the first week of Sept.

That is great news! I had my nephrostomy tube removed yesterday. Have been having tests. You will do fine with treatments.

Hello and welcome, we are glad you found us. Please feel free to join in the conversations. Here is a link to our cancer dx page for your type of cancer. Take a look at it to get you started on some information. You will notice at the bottom of that page 4 of our active users who have had that journey already, you may wish to contact them for their experience and wisdom. Also, I encourage you to go to the questions page now by clicking on the questions tab at the top of the page and post what is the most pressing issue you have right now. This will introduce you to the community and get you started on the help you need right now.

Also, if you can take a few minutes and fill in some details of your journey so far, it will help others as they try to answer questions for you, it also helps others as they search through the data base to find someone like themselves. Confirming your email will allow you to receive updates and notices from the site when someone answers your questions or writes on your wall.

Thanks for being with us and let me know if I can help you find any information on the site.
