I just saw your question Colon cancer is one of the most treatable cancers with a cure rate that approaches 90% depending on the stage at diagnosis. I have more than one patient in my practice that is more than 20 years out. Exercise every day. It makes you feel better and it increases the effectiveness of the treatment! Win/win!
