Well it's me again! Yesterday my sister. Had her 3 month c125 results and the numbers were 16 up from 11.on to the surgeon to see if osteomy can be reversed. The surgeon was vague. She has a melon size hernia, infact 3 hernias. She could 't tell the surgeon even what stage cancer she has. Stage 3c primary peritoneum. She refuses to read the pathology report. She thinks she will have a reversal and live happily ever after. This is serious and all of you will never realize how you have helped me help her. I am a very positive person and things aren't looking to swift for this reversal.my sister is hysterical and I am at a total loss as to how to help her! It will be 12 months Nov.1st She says she cannot accept this osteomy or hernia, cancer seems 2ndon her priority list. Your support is all I have to hang on to,and I thank everyone for taking the time to respond. I don't get on here to often but I am trying. God Bless everyone on your journey, you are in my thoughts andprayers.

Candycis... Tell Candy my story. I was 62 at DX.... I'm 69 now and plan on turning 70 next May. This can be beaten but my surgeon oncologist said that a positive attitude is the most important thing in this battle. You tell your Sister that I can see her being totally cancer free... Can she? Tell her to get to that place. I had so much chemo for two years that my hair didn't grow back thick enough to wear. But I love my blonde wig. So easy to wear and just shake and finger comb.

We're all slightly different, but I'd suggest she ask God to lead her to where He wants her to be. Maybe it is a trial treatment. Decide and go for life... God bless you both.
