Hi Honeypot,
Thanks so much for your reply on my question about the fatigue with radiation. I'm going to look up the cream you recommended and order some. I've been thinking about trying to change my diet to vegetarian, but haven't done anything yet. One of my biggest problems is that I don't like to cook. Even at that tho, I eat very little processed foods. But I was wondering what your change in diet was? Thanks so much for your help.0November 2013 -
Thank you for your helpful feedback to my question. You have quite a success story! May I ask, do you cook your own food mainly, or eat out for your vegetable curries? How often do you have chicken or fish (once a week, for example)? Do you count calories, have an exercise schedule or avoid sweets, as well?0March 2015

I was reading a book called "Nation in Pain" buy Judy Foreman ant it mentioned that cannabis is specifically helpful for neuropathy
Sprouts and berries may help you get relieve too.

I also had started to develop carpal tunnel but found an exercise for it on you tube that helped immensely http://blog.melioguide.com/strength-training/grip-strength/. It was done by a physical therapist who is also a rock climber.0June 2013

Just a thought for you. Soy is a natural plant estrogen and it raised my estrogen levels. If you are fighting an estrogen related tumor, please ask your oncologist about soy before you use any more of it. Not knocking you or anything you are trying to do. I just want you to be okay.0June 2013
