You are the One I turn to for help in moments of weakness and times of need. I ask you to be with your servant in this illness. Psalm 107:20 says that you send out your Word and heal. So then, please send your healing Word to your servant. In the name of Jesus, drive out all infirmity and sickness from their body.

after the DIEP the surgeon left all except for an area the size of a little bigger than half dollar of original skin. Basically breast was hollowed out. It was really swollen for less than two weeks but after that it is firmer than other side but my plastic surgeon said he will lift other side to match after a couple months if I want. It looks like a breast though, just haven't gotten nipple and tatoo done yet..

Hi there, I had the DIEP flap done 5 weeks ago. It really wasn't too bad once the drains were taken out. Being able to take off hot abdomen binder was a relief too. I haven't had a bit of complications and no longer have any restrictions. My cancer stayed DCIS and didn't invade nearby lymph nodes so I need no further treatment at this time.
