This disease mimics many others and is very difficult to diagnose and most Docs don't know about it. I had a family member had millions of symptoms and it took 3 years to get a diagnosis. I'd ask for a Test. Maybe it's crazy but you never know.

In the early stages of Lyme disease, you may experience flu-like symptoms that can include a stiff neck, chills, fever, swollen lymph nodes, headaches, fatigue, muscle aches, and joint pain. You also may experience a large, expanding skin rash around the area of the tick bite. In more advanced disease, nerve problems and arthritis, especially in the knees, may occur.

    Here are some more details:

Good luck on the biopsy tomorrow! I'm assuming they won't have results right away, but hopefully it won't take too long! Take care, I'll be thinking about you :)

    Hi ekelley,

I see you have been recently diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma and have not started treatment. Have you figured out which stage yet? Mine is Stage II and we are the same age. I just wanted to send you some positive thoughts. Stay strong!

I was also diagnosed from a lump on my neck. It was so scary to be faced with that diagnosis! I know that, whatever the outcome, you will make the best of it. You will find so many friends here, never hesitate to ask any questions, or just vent about your troubles!
