    answer to your question about radiation. she gave me samples of aquaphor healing ointment and a steroid cream. I still have a small area that is healing but it is much better. They only had me put the ointment or cream on skin that was red but not broken. they recommended that I keep the area clean and dry. my burns started about the 4th week.......good luck........

    this has been a very difficult journey and I have been staying as positive as I can. I meditate almost daily and keep busy with my loom knitting and sewing. A big change from working 5 days a week for 10 hours. I am adjusting to the slow down.

    I truly hope that your cancer is gone for good in 5 years. Those first few years are the scariest, at least for me. I have to get MRI's every 6 months and am scared every time. Take care of your skin during radiation. My scalp got burned, but they gave me lotion to put on it.

    Thank you, your answer was great. I hope I am in as good a spirits as you are when I get done with my "irritation" surgery? I'm surpeised they didn't keep you over night and I'm cuirious as to the drain thingie bulb I just read about in my surgery packet I just recd. Again, I really just wanted to thank you for being there! =D
