I just finished treatment for stage IIIa in December. I went the traditional route, surgery and chemo and my follow up scans and bloodwork this month were clear. I was not going to do chemo, but I was actually swayed by how nice everyone at the cancer center was. My husband had just died and I need to stay around for my dogs. Initially I had IV (oxyplatin) and oral chemo (xeloda) but I can't get an IV and the port I had fell out. Everyone is different, so you have to make your own decisions. Best wishes to you with that and recovery.

I would encourage anyone interested in pursuing Transfer Factor to carefully research this before ordering anything on line. It is used to boost the immune system...Most transfer factors have been used experimentally with conditions like ALS, childhood leukemias, shingles, etc. There has been no evidence of the many different factors (which are made from animals and humans) prolonging life, curing illness, etc. the Transfer Factor from Malasia is mainly different forms of berries. I certainly respect azzarix's passion for the factor and I am thrilled that he has done so well while using it...I would never tell anyone not to try something they have researched well and discussed with their physician if that is what that person decides to do. All I am saying is "do your homework"!!!
