I had to Google MM. Until I was diagnosed with Liver Disease/Cancer I had no idea how many different types of it there is. When I was in Nashville for my transplant I talked to a lot of different people who were being treated and it seemed to me that bone marrow transplant patients had it rougher than any of the others. They were overall sicker and in Nashville longer than any others. Nothing like feeling special because of a major surgery and then going to a huge transplant center like Vanderbilt Hospital and being just one of many. My experience was a good as major surgery can get and I am back to whatever passes for normal these days. Good luck to you for continued good health with your MM.

You go Girl! I have had a stem cell transplant. It is very simple. You are just real tired afterwards. It takes a while to get your stamina built back up. I wish you the best!
