Hey, our journeys kinda mirror each other. Hon, I lost my hair during radiation. I got a FREE red wig ( which I call Winnona ) from the American Cancer Society. I haven't wore it once. I usually just go out bald. Wigs and head scarves burnt me up. I figure I'm raising awareness for cancer this way as well. I do receive my fair share of gawkers but they make me laugh. I also have a social worker that the hospital provides for free. She has been a MAJOR help. I went ahead and signed up for disability - and got it. Are you on facebook?0August 2015
