Good evening! I hope you're doing well tonight. I wanted to let you know about an opportunity that you can earn $150.00 for participating in a 90 minute telephone interview with one of our partners that wants to talk to people with MDS about their experiences so far with their disease. If you are interested in speaking with them, you can click this link https://www.research.net/s/CCYXGJS to see if you would qualify for the interview.

If you have any questions please let me know.

    Hi NewbieCargiver,
Tell us fellow MDS people some of your experiences so that we can relate. MDS was not even on here until a very short while back, now more and more people involved with the disorder are coming aboard and sharing. The sharing part of it really does help for those afflicted either as a patient, caregiver, friend, relative or whatever. And feel free to ask questions, as MDS is a fairly undiscussed disorder and very misunderstood. And fill out the "journey" part if you so desire,it does help somewhat. Hope to hear from you, and please feel free to ask me any questions. I have a few answers, but not all of tham. Bye for now. Samcat

Hello and welcome, we are glad you found us. Please feel free to join in the conversations. Here is a link to our cancer dx page for your type of cancer. Take a look at it to get you started on some information. You will notice at the bottom of that page 4 of our active users who have had that journey already, you may wish to contact them for their experience and wisdom. Also, any questions you may have just post them in the questions tab and everyone will see them there and be able to help you.

    https://www.whatnext.com/conditions/myelodysplastic-syndrome-mds

There are also subtypes listed on this page to narrow down the type of cancer to match your dx.

You may also find our "Beginner's Guide To Cancer" page helpful Click Here for that=> http://bit.ly/10BQKCi

Also, if you can take a few minutes and fill in some details of your journey so far, it will help others as they try to answer questions for you, it also helps others as they search through the data base to find someone like themselves. Confirming your email will allow you to receive updates and notices from the site when someone answers your questions or writes on your wall.

Thanks for being with us and let me know if I can help you find any information on the site. After you have an opportunity to look the site over and see what great things there are here, we encourage you to invite your friends, family or anyone you know that may be helped by the connections on WhatNext to join the site also. Just click this link to invite them to join. http://www.whatnext.com/recruit-a-friend
