    Hi Abdul,
After 2 rounds of chemo my brother's tumor in his stomach has disappeared. That's very good news. He has 4 more rounds of chemo to go through. Then he sees the surgeon. The doctor is still pushing him to have surgery. I don't understand why. I need to ask him a lot of questions at our next appointment, and get a second or even third opinion before we let them remove his stomach. The doctor said my brother has the type of cancer that can reappear at any time, any place in the body. If that's true I don't see what good it will do to remove the stomach, if the cancer can come back in the lungs or brain or esophagus or any other place.
I hope your are doing well.

    Hi Abdul,
You and my brother are both suffering from stomach cancer. What kind of surgery did you have, and has it helped? My brother has a very rare form of stomach cancer, small cell carcinoma, and has had no surgery yet and just started chemo treatment last week. The surgeon said he may need to have his whole stomach removed in the future. I'm his sister and only caregiver and I'm very scared.
