My husband was on Zytiga and it worked for 18 mos. He is now on Xtandi which is in the same family of meds as Zytiga. The first month on Xtandi his PSA went from 26 to 8. Once the Xtandi stops working he will have to go on chemo as there currently are no more options we know of.
