What is debulking surgery?

I noted you said you developed a fistula. Was this before or after chemo? Are/were you on Avastin which can cause fistulas?

Thank you for the welcome. It's been nice to hear other's stories. I also have a temporary colostomy. I'm having a tough time with it.Just completed 6 chemo treatments and will start on maitenence next month.
