    I am so sorry that you are facing this, but there are lots of colorectal cancer survivors here at WhatNext. We're all here to help. I am a Stage IV rectal cancer survivor - 4 1/2 years out from my diagnosis, and I'm doing well.

    YES...waiting is the worst part. I didn't lose my hair (it thinned) - some of the chemo drugs that they use for colorectal cancer don't cause hair loss.

    Ask questions and we'll share our experiences. Best wishes for treatment success. P.S. I remember how scared I was when I was first diagnosed. It's totally normal to be terrified.
