On your answer to a question, you mentioned a routine that you do to help the lymphatic fluid drain. Would you be kind enough to share this routine. I was diagnosed with Invasive Pleomorphic Lobular Carcinoma with 8 out of 11 positive nodes (Stage III). I had surgery in Dec 2011 followed by Chemo and Radiation. I am now on Arimidex. I noticed swelling in March 2012 -- went to therapy -- had compression bandages -- got sleeve and glove. I stopped wearing the sleeve all the time because it actually seemed to make my hand puffier. At the moment, I have swelling again and looking for what is the right solution for me. I would appreciate any helpful hints. Thanks.
