Hi! Hope, your doing well. How are you doing since your surgery, did you have whipple? What type of treatments will you be getting?
It is a long journey, some more than others. I am still struggling with digestive tract, due to slowed motility. There will be ups and downs, if you have any questions, this is a good site to get answers. Keep us posted. God Bless!

Hi, hope you are doing better. My surgery was in April 2011 and it was rough but you will see better days. Don't worry if you have digestive issues. This is just something we'd have to learn to live with. If you have any questions you can write on my wall

Hello Bbubs8, Welcome to WhatNext a great website to find people who have had the same cancer as you, and who have been on the journey which you are about to take. I can see that you were diagnosed just a few weeks ago, and that you have already connected with someone regarding your journey. We are all here to answer your questions, offer our support...and there is no need for you to take this journey alone. As you take this journey there will be many bumps, and curves...hopefully we can help you smooth out those bumps, and straighten the curves, to make your journey an easier road ahead. I myself am a 13 year, stage IV, pancreatic cancer survivor. If you have any questions just go to the top of the WhatNext page and hit the tab QUESTIONS, this way it will get to all of us.
    My best to you,
    Russ

Hi! I had pancreatic cancer stage 11b, one lymphnode with cells and close margins, had chemo and radiation, just finished chemo in aug. I am 52 now. I have unfortunately, had lots, of digestive problems since whipple. Acid reflux, bile reflux, slowed motility. Presently, on TPN, due to burning from pancreas thru intestines. I slipped backwards since my treatments. CT scan good no cancer, thank god. Just need to get my digestive system healed. Hope, your doing well. It is a long journey. Each person has different issues, some do well. I Pray for you. Let me know how you are doing. God Bless.
